Hire of Sports + Performing Arts Hub - Expression of Interest

Bell Primary School Sports + Performing Arts Hub (gym/hall) - Expression of Interest for Hiring of Venue

Bell Primary School invites community organisations to express their interest in using our Sports + Performing Arts Hub (SPAH) outside of school hours from Monday – Thursday or Sunday. Please note Friday and Saturday are unavailable to hire at this time due to a long term contract.

The SPAH provides an excellent opportunity for local community groups to access a high-quality facility in a convenient and accessible location on the school grounds.

We are now reviewing SPAH availability for hire by community organisations for the following times:

Monday-Thursday:  6.30pm – 9.30pm

Sunday:  9.00am – 6.00pm

We are seeking expressions of interest from community organisations that share our commitment to fostering positive relationships with the local community, including sports clubs, community or youth groups, after-school programs, arts and cultural organisations and non-profit organisations supporting the community and, in particular, children’s recreational interests.

Community organisations may host a range of activities including language or educational classes, sporting activities, cultural classes, or performances.

How to complete an Expressions of Interest:

To submit an application, please download the Hire of Facilities – Expression of Interest form here, then submit a completed form with a cover letter to bell.ps@education.vic.gov.au by 14 April 2025
