Enrolment


Bell Primary School welcomes enrolments from local families, with priority given to those living in the school’s Designated Neighbourhood Area (school zone). Currently, families living beyond our Designated Neighbourhood Area are invited to enquire, although intake capacity varies between individual year levels based on existing cohort numbers. 

 

In accordance with the DET Placement Policy, in-zone enrolment applications for any year level are always guaranteed a place at Bell. You can check which government school you are zoned to here: https://www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au/

 

Please email bell.ps@education.vic.gov.au with attention to Nahla Said (Enrolment Officer) if you require further information about the enrolment process or to enquire on availability within a specific year level. Your enquiry may be directed onwards to Emma Heywood (Principal) or Paul Nicholson (Assistant Principal) if necessary.

Enrolment requirements:

  • Student Application Form (For out-of-zone enrolment applications)
  • Student Enrolment Form  (For in-zone enrolments, younger siblings of current students and approved out-of-zone applications)
  • Birth certificate/passport  (Copy required)
  • Australian Immunisation Record  (Copy required)
  • Proof of residence (eg utility bill)  (Copy required)
  • Visa grant notice & passport (If your child was born outside Australia)
  • Find My School  (DET website to confirm your closest school)
